Procurement

Our purcha­sing depart­ment spe­cia­li­ses in pro­cu­ring extern­ally sourced mecha­tro­nic com­pon­ents. We don’t view the pro­cu­re­ment of com­pon­ents as merely a com­mer­cial task. Suc­cessful pro­cu­re­ment manage­ment always requi­res tech­ni­cal under­stan­ding as well.

Manufacturing:

We manu­fac­ture your com­pon­ents and devices in-house. With our exten­sive machi­ning capa­bi­li­ties, the way from con­s­truc­tion to ready-to-install parts is very short. Our machi­ning tech­ni­ci­ans create a CAM-manu­fac­tu­red part from the CAD-model.

Assembly

Die Mon­tage mecha­tro­ni­scher Sys­teme und Geräte erfor­dert gute Vor­be­rei­tung, viel Erfah­rung und inter­dis­zi­pli­nä­res Den­ken. Unser gesam­tes Team von der Inge­nieu­rin über den Tech­ni­ker bis zur Indus­trie­me­cha­ni­ke­rin fokus­siert sich auf die Funk­tion und Qua­li­tät Ihrer Geräte.
 
This inter­di­sci­pli­nary approach enables us to leverage our exper­tise in device manu­fac­tu­ring in the phar­maceu­ti­cal, bio­tech­no­logy, che­mi­cal, medi­cal and crop sec­tors.

Customer specific testing and approval:

Tog­e­ther with you, we deve­lop cus­to­mi­zed pro­ce­du­res to test and docu­ment the qua­lity of your pro­ducts. For these device appr­ovals, we deve­lop and build indi­vi­dual test ben­ches or rigs if nee­ded.

Steu­ra­tech offers cer­ti­fied final inspec­tion of your pro­ducts.

Auf Wunsch beglei­ten wir Ihre Geräte auch nach deren Fer­tig­stel­lung und Ver­kauf. Wir sichern die maxi­male Ver­füg­bar­keit der von uns her­ge­stell­ten Geräte durch unse­ren welt­wei­ten Ser­vice – gerne auch kom­plett in Ihrem Namen.
 
We don’t just offer main­ten­ance and repair. Our cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic trai­ning offe­rings enhance the suc­cess of your devices just as instal­la­tion and com­mis­sio­ning do. Our after-sales-manage­ment also includes our cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic spare parts dis­po­si­tion.
